When you purchase and use our Service, we collect the following information:
- Name and email address (collected by Stripe during checkout)
- Website URL, sitemap URL, and robots.txt URL (submitted through our form after purchase)
- Payment information (processed and stored entirely by Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials on our servers)

When you visit our website, we may collect:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited and time spent on pages
- Referring URL
- Device information
Information Collected During Service Delivery
To generate your llms.txt file, our automated system crawls the publicly accessible pages of the website URL you provide. This crawl collects only publicly available content — text, page structure, metadata, and links — that any visitor to your website could access. We do not access password-protected pages, private databases, customer records, or any non-public information on your website.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To verify your payment and deliver your llms.txt file
- To crawl your website and extract the publicly available business information needed to generate your file
- To send you your completed file via email
- To maintain a record of your order for customer support and business operations
- To communicate with you regarding your order or support requests
- To improve our Service and user experience
- To list your business in our public directory at swimmi.ai/directory (name and website URL only — see Directory section below)
Directory Listing
When you purchase the Service, your business name and website URL may be listed in our public directory at swimmi.ai/directory. This directory is publicly accessible. If you wish to be excluded from the directory, contact us at sales@wrightflow.ai and we will remove your listing.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our business:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe collects and processes your payment information under its own privacy policy. We do not have access to your full payment details.
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets) — email delivery and order logging. Your name, email address, website URL, and order date are stored in Google Sheets for business record-keeping.
- n8n — workflow automation. Our automated pipeline processes your order data to generate and deliver your file. Data passes through n8n's infrastructure during processing.
- Jina AI — website content rendering. Your website's publicly accessible pages are fetched through Jina AI\'s reader service to extract content for file generation.
- OpenAI / Anthropic — AI model providers. Extracted website content is processed by AI models to generate your llms.txt file. These providers may process your data according to their respective privacy policies and API terms.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your order records (name, email, website URL, order date) indefinitely for business record-keeping and customer support purposes. The extracted website data and generated file content are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers after delivery.
You may request deletion of your order records at any time by contacting sales@wrightflow.ai. We will delete your records within 30 days of receiving your request.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience and analyze site traffic. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
