These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Swimmi AI website at swimmi.ai and the llms.txt file generation service (collectively, the "Service") operated by WrightFlow AI LLC ("Swimmi AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a Georgia limited liability company.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Swimmi AI provides an automated llms.txt file generation service. Upon purchase, you submit your website URL and optional supporting data (sitemap URL, robots.txt URL). Our automated system crawls your publicly accessible website pages, extracts business information, and generates a formatted llms.txt file that is delivered to you via email.

The Service is a one-time digital product delivery. Each purchase entitles you to one (1) generated llms.txt file for one (1) website URL.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms to use the Service. By making a purchase, you represent that you are the owner or an authorized representative of the website for which you are requesting an llms.txt file.

All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is required in full before the Service is initiated.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.

Your generated llms.txt file will be delivered to the email address associated with your Stripe checkout. Delivery is typically completed within minutes of form submission, though processing times may vary depending on website size and complexity.

Our review times are typically under 30 minutes for automated processing. In the event of manual review, please allow up to 24 hours for full file delivery.

It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided at checkout is accurate and capable of receiving emails. We are not responsible for files delivered to incorrect email addresses provided by you.

Our automated system extracts information from your publicly accessible website pages and uses AI models to generate the llms.txt file. While we employ multiple quality assurance steps, we do not guarantee that the generated file will be 100% accurate, complete, or free of errors.

You are responsible for reviewing the delivered file before uploading it to your website. We recommend verifying all business information, contact details, service descriptions, and links contained in the file. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in the generated content that you publish to your website without review.

The delivered llms.txt file is intended to be uploaded to the root directory of your website (accessible at yourdomain.com/llms.txt). Installation is your responsibility. We do not provide website hosting, file upload services, or technical implementation support as part of this Service.

For installation questions, contact sales@wrightflow.ai and we will provide reasonable guidance, though hands-on technical implementation is outside the scope of this Service.

Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate delivery of the generated file, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the file has been generated and delivered.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your file (e.g., email delivery failure, processing error), contact sales@wrightflow.ai within 14 days of purchase. We will either redeliver the file or issue a refund at our discretion.

If the generated file is substantially unusable due to a failure in our system (e.g., empty file, corrupted output, file generated for the wrong website), we will regenerate the file at no additional charge or issue a full refund at our discretion.

By using the Service, you consent to your business name and website URL being listed in our public directory at swimmi.ai/directory. You may request removal from the directory at any time by emailing sales@wrightflow.ai. Removal requests will be processed within 7 business days.

By submitting your website URL through our Service, you authorize Swimmi AI to crawl the publicly accessible pages of that website for the sole purpose of generating your llms.txt file. Our crawl accesses only publicly available content and does not attempt to access password-protected areas, private databases, or restricted content.

You represent and warrant that you have the authority to authorize this crawl for the website URL you submit. If you submit a URL for a website you do not own or control, you are solely responsible for any consequences.

The Service relies on third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email and records), Jina AI (web rendering), OpenAI (AI processing), and Anthropic (AI processing). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of our Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WrightFlow AI LLC, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that the generated file will achieve any specific result or that AI search engines will use or prioritize the file in any particular manner.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cherokee County, Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that any claims shall be brought in your individual capacity and not as a class member or class representative in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email to customers who have previously made a purchase, where feasible.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WrightFlow AI LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
